Return, Refund & Replacement Policy

At MuscleKraft, customer satisfaction is our priority. Please read our Return, Refund & Replacement Policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Eligibility for Returns

Due to the nature of health, nutrition, and fitness products, returns are accepted only under the following conditions:

• The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery
• The issue is reported within 48 hours of receiving the order
• The product is unused, unopened, and in original packaging with seals intact

Products that do not meet the above conditions will not be eligible for return.

2. Non-Returnable Items

• Opened or used equipments.
• Products with broken seals or tampered packaging
• Items damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper storage
• Free gifts or promotional items
• Products purchased during clearance or special discount sales (unless damaged)

3. Return Request Process

• Contact MuscleKraft customer support within 48 hours of delivery
• Share your Order ID, product images/videos clearly showing the issue
• Our team will verify the request within 2–5 working days

Approved returns will be processed as per this policy.

4. Replacement Policy

• If the issue is verified, a replacement product will be shipped at no extra cost.
• Replacement is subject to product availability.
• In case replacement is unavailable, a refund will be initiated.

5. Refund Policy

• Refunds are applicable only for approved cases.
• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
• Refund processing time: 7–10 working days after approval.
• Shipping or convenience charges (if any) are non-refundable, unless the error is from MuscleKraft.

6. Order Cancellation

• Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only.
• Once shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
• Refunds for approved cancellations will be processed within 5–7 working days.

7. Return Pickup

• Return pickup will be arranged by MuscleKraft where applicable.
• In certain locations, customers may be required to self-ship the product.
• Products must be securely packed to avoid damage during transit.

8. Quality Check

All returned products are subject to inspection and quality verification. MuscleKraft reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet policy conditions.

9. Fraud Prevention

Multiple or suspicious return requests may lead to:

• Account suspension
• Blacklisting of delivery address or user account

This is to ensure fair usage of our platform.

10. Changes to This Policy

MuscleKraft reserves the right to modify this Return Policy at any time without prior notice. Changes will be updated on the website.
